Issue 22 released for City of Heroes

Ncsoft has released a video for the latest update to City of Heroes, Issue 22: Death Incarnate. In it, the Statesman has fallen and the heroes must face the sorceress Diabolique and “her plans for Dark Astoria.” Issue 22 is out now.
