First mention made of PSP Firmware 3.96

According to this PSPF story, PSP Firmware 3.96 is to be included on the Hot Shots Golf: Open Tee 2 UMD.

This is the first time the update’s been mentioned as far as we’re aware, and no one seems to know what it does. The current Firmware stands at 3.95, so the answer’s probably “not a lot”.
