According to this Destructoid piece, the now-confirmed Castlevania one-on-one fighter for Wii – named Castlevania Judgement – will have full online play.
The game will also connect to the upcoming DS Castlevania game, Castlevania: Order of Ecclesia, to unlock extra content.
