Microsoft has fired a testing contractor that participated in a Dean Takahashi feature about Xbox 360 hardware failures, reports VentureBeat, the site that originally published the piece.
Robert Delaware was the only source in the article to speak to Takahashi on the record, and in breach of his agreement with Microsoft. He’s now facing potential legal action.
“I don’t regret it,” he said in a phone call on Thursday. “I’ll fight it. If they want to come after me, bring it on.”
More through there. Good for you, Robert.
