MCV is reporting that the R4 SD cards that many despicable, filthy, piratey types use(d) to play downloaded software on their DS, won’t work on the new DSi.
Nintendo’s new handheld’s SD card slot has been seen as an open invitation for piracy, but it seems as though those who are nothing but the dirt under your fingernails will have to find some other route to steal and cheat their way to playing illegal stuff on Nintendo’s new toy.
Nintendo has neither confirmed nor denied this story.
