Update: According to a post from the official Metro 2033 account (thanks, David), there has not been a release date announced for the game – yet. See the tweet for yourself here. Sigh.
Original: Metro 2033, 4A’s depiction of Dmitry Glukhovsky’s Moscow after nuclear annihilation in 2013, will land on store shelves March 16, according to Game Informer.
Originally planned for an “early 2010” release, March is technically still “early” although not as early as -oh say, January.
Still, the shooter based on the novel of the same name looks like it will keep your trigger fingers happy. For a while at least, until your ADHD takes over once more.
Published by THQ, it’s to be made available for PC and Xbox 360.
