Rising Star Games has revealed that it will continue to publish the catalogue of Marvelous Entertainment, despite the latter selling a 50 percent stake in the company over the weekend to Intergrow.
It was previously thought that RSG had lost all publishing rights to IPs like No More Heroes, Harvest Moon and Muramasa: The Demon Blade after the 50 percent stake was sold.
But now, it appears, that wasn’t the case.
“I am delighted to have secured further additional backing from an important Japanese company, whilst continuing our content relationship with Marvelous Entertainment,” said Managing Director of Rising Star, Martin Defries.
There ya go, then. Everything is all gravy again.
Thanks, MCV.
