Activision Blizzard has just posted $1.56 billion revenue for Q4 2009, down slightly from the $1.6 billion the corresponding previous period.
Full-year revenue standing at $4.28 billion, up from $3 billion in the year previous.
Profit was $113 million, up from a $107 million in loss in 2008.
Boss Bobby Kotick claimed the company is now the largest digital publisher: EA said earlier this week it was the biggest publisher of packaged goods.
In the past year, the publisher took $1.3 billion in digital revenues.
Kotick said Acti Blizz could lay claim to the “largest [fourth] quarter delivered by a third-party publisher,” despite the economic environment.
The company expects to post 2010 revenues of $4.2 billion.
