Eidos has announced it’s releasing a collection of artwork from the Tomb Raider series titled The Art of Tomb Raider.
Consisting of two books, there’s loads of art in it, of course, and contains 568 pages. Those that purchase it will get to see first sketch drawings of Lara, unreleased concept art, production storyboards, and insights into the evolution of design and visualization for the series (via The Lost Gamer).
Volume 1 focuses on Tomb Raider through Tomb Raider: The Angel of Darkness, and Volume 2 focuses on Tomb Raider: Legend through Tomb Raider: Underworld.
The collection will be limited to 2,000 copies worldwide, and is up for pre-order at $110.
Expensive for a coffee table book, but a nice one.
