Batman: Arkham Asylum GOTY gets May release in the US

The Game of the Year Edition for Batman: Arkham Asylum will be heading to the US in May.

Previously only announced for Europe which gets it March 26, Eidos announced the good news today, according to Joystiq.

The Game of the Year edition adds four new challenge maps, and 3D gaming support from TriOviz that “puts a 3D wrapper around the game” enabling you to play it in 3D without special monitors.

It will ship with two pairs of glasses.

Good to hear. Now we know what we’ll be doing come May.
