Update: Looks like the DLC will not hit this week as promised, according to the Major, who says he will post an update and more information when he gets it. Bummer, little Splicers.
Original: Just a friendly reminder in case you missed the announcement last week – BioShock 2’s getting some multiplayer DLC lovin’ on Thursday with the Rapture Metro Map Pack.
There’s supposed to be some single-player DLC in the works, and hopefully we’ll hear more about that soon, but until then, here’s what you’ll get.
A couple masks, three Achievements, six maps, a new Rebirth feature, a bonus “Kill ‘Em Kindly melee mode” and the nicety of the multiplayer rank being raised to 50.
It’s out on April 29, and will run you 800 MSP /$9.99.
