Nintendo has announced that Pokemon Black and Pokemon White will hit the US and UK in spring 2011.
The titles promise more intense battle scenes, more realistic towns, the Pokemon Center containing more shops separate from the reception desk, overhauled graphics, and being able to zoom-in furing battles.
“Pokemon is a true worldwide franchise with legions of fans in every corner of the globe,” said NOA VP Cammie Dunaway. “We know these fans will be thrilled to discover this new generation of Pokemon next year.”
Surely they will, Cammie, especially considering that the Pokemon game series has sold more than 200 million units worldwide since it was first introduced to the public 14 years ago.
Check out a video of it here.
It’s slated for Japan in September.
