Guerrilla Games’ Steven Ter Heide and Herman Hulst have been speaking in separate interviews about Killzone 3’s load times.

In an E3 interview with Ausgamers, Heide said “loading times are pretty much gone,” adding that the company “wants to get rid of them completely.”

Heide said Guerrilla would like the game to be “one seamless experience, enabling you to pop in the disc and play it through from beginning to end.”

In a later interview, studio boss Herman Hulst went further, saying the company has been able to fully stream the shooter.

“We’re excited what the PlayStation 3 can do for us and what we can do for it,” he said.

“Literally everything is streamed now.”

Guerrilla also said over the weekend it has refined the game’s control system over its predecessor.

Killzone 3 is due for release next year, the game supporting 3D and PlayStation Move. It may even make your breakfast for you; this is currently unconfirmed.
