Nintendo has released a screenshot of the new Wii Remote Plus, and we’ve posted it below the break for you.
Outed by GameStop over the weekend through a listing for FlingSmash, Nintendo confirmed the peripheral was real to Eurogamer, but failed to provide any more detail.
Today at it’s press conference in Japan, Nintendo said it will be released “for the convenience of the users” and that it “integrates Wii Remote and Wii MotionPlus”.
“We will announce the details of this controller on our web sites and through other media at some later date,” read the statement.
Hopefully, we’ll not only get a price and release date for it soon, but the same colors as Japan is apparently getting as well.
