8 Uses For Leftover Halloween Candy

Andrew Gupton

Halloween is everyone's fantasy come true… Free candy?

Are you kidding me? Yet, despite that, there is always the Halloween hangover, where leftover candy stays untouched. Be it because the candy wasn’t very good, or because you ate too much, and it got me thinking… In what ways can we make leftover candy useful?

Crazy New Recipes:

Haven’t you always dreamed of Chocolate Bacon and Eggs? Or Spaghetti and Chocolate Balls? Well with all your leftover candy, that dream can now be a reality! What other crazy candy recipes can you think of?

Orthodontist Revenge:

Halloween is a tough time of year for any orthodontist, but if you wait another two months and chew a snickers right before an appointment, that’ll really piss em’ off! Have you ever tried to tighten some braces coated in caramel? Me neither, but I bet it’s impossible!

Getting Animal Actors to Look Like They’re Talking:

This method dates back to the famous show Mr. Ed with the talking horse. They put peanut butter in his mouth so that it looked like he was talking. Give a Rollo to your cat and it will appear as a regular old Chatty Catty on film!

General Bribery:

Do you need young kids to do things for you? Chores perhaps? If you have some leftover candy, you could be working the business angle.

Store It For Next Year’s Revenge:

While Halloween may be fun for trick-or-treaters, it can be really annoying for people staying at home trying to live their lives. Do you ever just lose your patience, constantly getting up to answer the door? Well, if you save some unwanted candy from the year before, it’s sure to be really stale… That ought to teach them a lesson… Has this ever happened to you? Have you ever gotten really stale candy while trick-or-treating?

Help Out The People in The Kit Kat Commercial:

If you have a lot of extra Kit Kat Bars, it seems like everyone in their commercials is trying to break off a piece. Wouldn’t it shut them up if you just gave them all your extra Kit Kats? I mean these people are fiending! But let’s be honest, who doesn’t eat all their Kit Kat Bars?

Donate It:

There are organizations that will take your unwanted Halloween treats and either send them over seas to our soldiers, or give them to under privileged children around the world. That’s a pretty good cause, but what if they’ve got the same standards as you?

Fake Teeth:

Too much candy will ruin your teeth anyway. If you can’t beat them join them! Stale candy corn could certainly replace those rotted chompers! So readers, any other good uses for leftover Halloween candy out there?
