Being that I don’t have any children of my own I truly treasure the time I get to spend with my nephews, especially the little one.
All of my nephews are good-looking kids but Eli, the youngest, is especially adorable.
When he was too little to walk I would strap him in a harness wrapped around my chest. Inevitably, as we walked through whatever store we were in the, “Oh my God he's adorable’s” would start flying.
Girls would always ask me if he was my son, and I would say, "No, he's my nephew, we're just spending some time together. The men are hanging out." That’s about all it would ever take.
As he got older and started to talk he would ask me things like, "Are you taking me to buy some Hot Wheels?" He would know that's his cute to smile and look cute while uncle gets some action.
It didn’t matter where we went, the result was always the same, Eli’s cuteness acted as a beacon to all single women within 100 yards.
After a few minutes of cooing I would always thank the ladies for their kind words, point to the kid, and remind them that is the kind of cute DNA I have floating around in my gene pool.
I love my nephew, and I love hanging out with him. The fact that he is a chick magnet is just an added bonus. Even if he attracted less women, I would still bring him around to places... just a less often, and with no real enthusiasm.
