10 Coolest Movie Cars Of All Time

C.J. Arabia

The Green Hornet came out today and it's hard to think of the Green Hornet without out thinking of that cool ass car the Green Hornet rides in: The Black Beauty. It might be one of my favorite movie cars ever. Got me thinking about all my favorite movie cars...

The Black Beauty From The Green Hornet

The Black Beauty is a mid-1960's Chrysler Imperial, fully equipped with machine guns, missiles and more! It's also the crime-fighting vehicle of choice for The Green Hornet. It also blows up traffic cameras, which is awesome

The Back To The Future DeLorean

At 88 miles an hour this mother can travel through time... I'd like to see a cop give you a ticket in this badass. Also, gull-wing doors.

Bandit's Trans Am

Out run the law, pick up a runaway bride, pass a big rig on the shoulder and take out a few mailboxes while you're doing it. If you haven't seen Smokey And The Bandit, you should!

The Batmobile

The thing about the Batmobile it has Batman in it. Batman could be driving your 1989 Oldsmobile Cutlass, and it would be cool. He's freakin' Batman.

The Bluesmobile

The Bluesmobile is actually a 1974 Dodge Monaco sedan. It took 13 different cars to play the Bluesmobile in the movie. Some were outfitted for speed, some for jumping, and others to fall apart on command.

The Ferrari From Faris Bueller's Day Off

Early in the film Ferris talks his friend Cameron into letting them take his father's prized convertible 1961 Ferrari 250 GT California on a joy ride and (spoiler alert!) ends with the car at the bottom of a ravine behind Cameron's house. Ouch! This is the coolest car to steal if you are skipping school.

The Ectomobile From Ghostbusters

The Ectomobile is the 1959 Cadillac Miller-Meteor used to carry the ghostbusting team and their equipment around New York City. It has a lot of special features including a special pull-out rack in the rear containing the proton packs. It also has a bunch of gadgets mounted on the top of it, most of them remaining mysterious to this day, since they never tell us what those things do. Maybe they bust ghosts?

Herbie The Love Bug

Who wouldn't want a car with a personality? A car that actually thinks, but still doesn't want to kill you like most other living cars. Plus, it gets great gas milage and you can make it do your math homework.

The Mirthmobile From Wayne's World

They called it the Mirthmobile because of all the good times they had in the car. Who wouldn't have a good time in this car?

Lightning McQueen

Who wouldn't want a car that talks like Owen Wilson? Although the whole "getting inside it" thing might going for a ride super-awkward.
