Billy Ray Cyrus has an Achy Breaky Heart again and this time it's over his daughter Miley Cyrus.
It seems like there's a new Miley Cyrus scandal in the news every few weeks and Billy's concerned. He confesses in the March issue of GQ that, "I'm scared for her. She's got a lot of people around her that's putting her in a great deal of danger. I know she's 18, but I still feel like as her daddy I'd like to try to help. Take care of her just a little bit, to at least get her out of danger."
In what some are calling a "trainwreck interview with GQ" Billy Ray says that "there's no doubt" that his family is under attack from Satan. Apparently the devil chose the hit show Hannah Montana as his device for torturing the Cyrus family. He is convinced that show destroyed his family. Billy goes on to compare his daughter to Kurt Cobain, Michael Jackson and Anna Nicole Smith and concludes, "I should have been a better parent. I should have said, 'Enough is enough, it's getting dangerous and somebody's going to get hurt.'"
Billy Ray was heart broken when he saw that video of Miley smoking "the herb salvia" from a bong and refused to attend her 18th birthday party because it was held in a bar. "You know why I didn't go? Because they were having it in a bar," Billy explained. "It was wrong. It was for 21-years-old and up. Once again all them people, they all wanted me to fly out so that then when all the bad press came they could say, 'Daddy endorsed this stuff ... '"
But he did take time to pose for this bizarre photo with a weakened and obviously starving Miley Cyrus.
Billy went on to say, "I want to get her sheltered from the storm. Stop the insanity just for a minute. When you go through what she's been through, it takes a beating on you. And there comes a point where you just got to step back."
Billy sounds a lot like Lindsay Lohan's dad, complaining that he's been pushed out of Miley's life by "handlers" and fame. And he claims that it's not about the money. He's not interested in Miley's money. He's just a concerned father.
"For the record," he tells GQ, "to set it straight, I want to tell you: I've never made a dime off of Miley. You got a lot of people have made percentages off of her. I'm proud to say to this day I've never made one commissioned dollar, or dime, off of my daughter." He just cashed all those Hannah Montana paychecks that he was getting for being cast in her show. So he might not of made any "commissioned" dollars, but trust me, he's made plenty of money for being Miley Cyrus' dad.
Billy Ray is now blaming is daughter's problems on bad advice given to her by her "handlers" and the pressures of shooting Hannah Montana. He's especially upset about the shooting of the final episodes in January of 2010 - it wasn't long after that that Billy and his wife Tish were divorced.
What is up with her freakishly large eyes?
I think the best part is this super awesome quote from Billy Ray, wrapping up how he feels about his life at this point:
"The damn show destroyed my family," he says. "And I sit there and go, 'Yeah, you know what? Some gave all.' It is my motto, and guess what? I have to eat that one. I some-gave-all'd it all right. I some-gave-all'd it while everybody else was going to the bank. It's all sad."
I'd like you to some-gave-all'd me some comments on this here article ya'll! Is Miley out of control? Is Billy just being a big cry baby? Is Satan really attacking their family? And if Satan is reading my article, I'd like to get your side of the story. I want to know what you think in the comments below.
