A lot of people try to shave and style the back or top of their head into a hair face, but only those with true talent and dedication succeed. Those people are known as WINNERS, and we have pictures of them down below. Now, when judging an epic Hair Face, there are very strict rules that must be adhered to.
RULE #1: Hair faces must be made up of at least 86% hair.
Rule #2: Tattooing may be used to accentuate features but must be minimal. The tattoo can't be the star of the show. IT HAS TO BE THE HAIRFACE
Rule #3: Bonus points for glasses.
