A Silicon Valley startup, Kiip, is aiming to turn mobile game advertising on its head by giving you coupons as achievements.
Watch the video below. In a nutshell, Kiip gives you stuff when you do good things in games. In the “big moments” when you beat levels, solve puzzles, and so on, you get rewarded.
“The idea behind the achievement, which is exactly when you’re capturing the customer at that point of elation, to convert them into a brand advocate is great,” said Mark Goldstein, co-founder.
Watch and see. The future? Maybe a little of it. Thanks, Kotaku.
