3D Glee Movie To Hit Theaters In August

Gleeks everywhere are rejoicing at the announcement that a 3D Glee movie will hit theaters in August. The 3D concert movie will have footage from live performances and candid backstage footage. Hmmm... sounds a lot like a movie called "Never Say Never" but I'm sure it's totally different right?

I can't imagine anything more boring or obnoxious than a "candid backstage moment" with the Glee cast in 3D! Because as we all know that everything about the Glee class is precious... even their farts. We must capture EVERY moment in glorious 3D so that people will feel like they were actually there!

Check out our candid 3D Slurpee moment! Totally 3D and totally candid, yo!

Reports say that all the major cast members will be featured... and I'm guessing that obnoxious Lea Michele chick who plays Rachel Berry in the show, will find a way to insert her annoying face and obnoxious/over the top facial expressions into just about every shot of the movie.

Glee creator Ryan Murphy said, "We knew that not every fan who wanted to attend a concert would get that opportunity. Now, thanks to our friends at Twentieth Century Fox Film, we'll be able to bring the concert experience to movie theaters across the country in full three-dimensional glory. We promise every passionate 'Gleek' a cinematic experience that will have them singing and dancing in the aisles."

Why the hell would Glee go on a live tour to begin with? I mean, I get it with a band... you can't turn on your TV every week and watch an hour-long White Stripes concert, so I'd pay to see that... but you CAN watch Glee EVERY week FOR FREE on your TV... singing new songs that you haven't heard before... Why the frig would you want to pay $62 to see them do the same thing, from the back of some crowded arena, where they look about 3 inches tall and you can't even see their crazy facial expressions unless you glance up at the Jumbotron - which is in essence, paying $62 to watch them on a big TV.

Glee creators say that the concert tour was a way to give back to the fans. More like a way to take $62 dollars from each fan. "This tour was all about going out and performing for our amazing fans who have supported our show from the beginning." I mean why should they watch the cast sing songs for free from their TV at home when they could be giving us money?

And now the creators of Glee have found another way to dig into the pockets of their Gleek fans. I mean AGAIN, why sit at home and watch Glee for free when you can pay $20.00 for a 3D movie ticket?

Fans of the show are fanatical to say the least... they don't miss the show... they talk about the show all the time... they have made the show a success... they don't understand why people like me HATE the show... they defend the show like a mother tiger would defend her cubs... and to say "thank you," the people behind Glee give them more and more opportunities to give their money to the machine behind Glee.

Are you a Gleek? Did you see them in concert? Do you watch the show? Are you going to see the 3D movie? Do you hate Glee? I want to hear from everyone in the comments below... though secretly I just want to hear from people who agree with me.
