Microsoft’s announced that it’ll be holding a Halo Fest at PAX Prime this year.
The event, which the firm claims to be the largest and most expensive live Halo event ever, will be packed with tournaments, exclusive panels, and sweet prizes.
Interestingly, it also mentioned that people attending the event will get to see why “the last ten years of Halo were just the beginning.”
Here’s the description:
“This event commemorates ten incredible years of Halo, looking back at the amazing stories that forged a diverse community and redefined gaming for two entire console generations. Join us August 26th-28th, at the Washington State Convention Center, and see why the last ten years of Halo were just the beginning.”
A new Halo title announcement at or before the event can’t be ruled out. Saber Interactive is apparently developing a HD remake of Halo: Combat Evolved.
