Who the heck is Derpy Hooves? Derpy Hooves is a character from the strangely popular "My Little Pony: Friendship Is Magic" series, but not a main character, or even a character with a name. Derpy was just in the background of one scene, derping her own business, but then the internet found her looking derpy, and the next thing you know, Derpy is a star.
