There are few things more sickening than some skinny actress who goes around bagging on fat people.
What am I talking about? Well Ross the intern from the Tonight show is all over the press for losing 40lbs on Jenny Craig, which is fantastic and I am genuinely happy for him.
It is always good to lead a healthier life. He must feel better, but it's kind of a bummer to hear him tell what motivated him to lose the weight.
Turns out he was on an episode of Chelsea Lately (the worst show on TV) with Gwyneth Paltrow, a woman known for a harsh diet regime that actually led to her being diagnosed with Osteoporosis, a condition normally found in the elderly.
So skinny osteoporosis-bones Paltrow patted Ross on his chubby little Buddha belly and said, "What's going on here? I love you. Get it together."
Ewwww! Poor Ross was so motivated (aka mortified) by her comment that he ran out and joined Jenny Craig and dropped the weight.
But this isn't the first time Gwyneth has done something like this.
You might remember a couple years ago when Gwyneth literally forced her fat friend & TV chef Mario Batali on a diet by teaming up with a personal trainer and holding weight-loss intervention, giving Batali a free gym membership worth $4,500 and basically forcing him to go on a diet and lose weight. He lost 50 lbs.
A "friend" of Paltrow's told the press at the time that Gwyneth is not a fan of fat people, “Mario is the only fat friend she has, and she wants him to change.”
Did she learn nothing about what it's like to be a fat person when she played one in Shallow Hal? I guess not.
I understand that it's good to be healthy... It's just not Gwyneth's job to go around telling people they are fat and demanding that they lose weight. What do you think about what Gwyneth did? I mean, do you think that is real love and friendship to call someone a fatty, or is she just being a catty little B?
