Next PopCap iOS game revealed

EA has announced in New York City today that the latest game from casual game mega-company PopCap will be called Popcorn Dragon.Wired Game|Life is reporting that the game will be about a dragon who tried to use his fire breath to pop popcorn kernels while avoiding enemies.

A few of the levels mentioned describe attacking ghosts and pirate ships shooting cannon balls at the player. There’s no word yet on a release date or a price. However, this doesn’t sound like one of PopCap’s larger, more expensive games like Plants vs Zombies, but rather like one of their cheap/free low-profile games like Candy Train.
