Horrible Things Besides Drinking Daniel Radclifffe Was Doing While Filming Harry Potter

Mikey McCollor

There were always rumors that Daniel Radcliffe had a drinking problem at various points over the course of the Harry Potter series, but this week he confirmed them, saying "I can honestly say I never drank at work on Harry Potter. I went into work still drunk, but I never drank at work … I can point to many scenes where I'm just gone. Dead behind the eyes." But drinking is just one way troubled teens lash out, and as it turns out, Daniel Radcliffe was doing WAY worse stuff trying to get attention. Here are some of the messed up things he was doing while filming Harry Potter.

Daniel Radcliffe has seen enough gangster movies to know that you've got to take out the guys who know too much. Unfortunately, he didn't understand the context of that quote— you only take out guys who know too much about your illegal operation, not guys who know too much about the power of friendship and the choice between what's right and what's easy.

Is this more or less awful than the stuff you were into when you were a kid starring in the biggest movie franchise in Hollywood history? Let us know in the comments!
