PlanetSide 2 video shows the prototype Sky Lance weapon

In the latest trailer for PlanetSide 2, senior artist Roel Jovellano shows how the development team went about creating the prototype Sky Lance weapon.

It’s an anti-air weapon in development from Nanite Systems, and it not only boasts “accuracy and incredible power,” it was created to combat Galaxy hot-drops on friendly facilities with a single shot. The only downside is that it leaves entire facilities vulnerable for minutes at a time. Check out the time-lapse video of the Sky Lance weapon prototype below.
