Capcom is offering folks a chance to bid on tickets to the Ultimate Showdown, and the funds will support Street Fighter X Tekken’s official charity partner, Campaign Against Living Miserably.
Starting at midnight tonight on eBay, Capcom will be auctioning off 20 tickets to the Ultimate Showdown, a private media event for the game.
Along with being able to get hands-on with the fighter, participants will also be treated to Street Fighter and Tekken DJs, dancers and cocktails.
The auction ends at midnight on February 25, and all money will be donated to CALM which works to reduce the high suicide rates amongst men under 35. By taking part in the Street Fighter X Tekken auction you can help the charity works to reduce the number of young men who choose to end their lives – in 2010 75% of suicides were men.
The bidding page is through here, but note that as of press time it isn’t live – so hit the link at midnight.
Street Fighter x Tekken releases March 6 in the US and March 9 in Europe on PS3 and Xbox 360. A PC version is due in May, and a it lands on Vita in the fall.
