6 MORE Movie Monster Political Campaigns

Will Weldon

People have become quite disenchanted with the political process (unless of course their candidates are winning, then they love the political process). But perhaps it’s time the political process was reinvigorated with some more… unorthodox candidates. SMOSH has already delved into the campaigns of some iconic movie monsters, so I thought we out to look at some of the less iconic ones. With that, here are 7 More Political Campaigns of Movie Monsters:

Freddy Krueger

As your President, Freddy Kruger will work hard to make sure there is a better future for your children! Because he loves kids. He… loves kids. Also, if at any point you are unhappy with the job he’s doing as President, cease to believe in him and he will lose his power to govern.

Dracula

What does Dracula have to offer as President? Uh, he lives in a castle. This guy is LOADED, which, if Mitt Romney is to be believed, means that he knows how to run the economy. Also, the real life inspiration for Count Dracula committed some of the most brutal acts of torture in human history against his enemies. That means he’ll probably be pretty tough on crime.

The Ghoulies

Uh, they can crawl out of toilets? Let’s be honest, they probably don’t have a lot going for them unless you’re desperate to vote for the worst Gremlins rip-off of all time.

Jason

The strong, silent type. A huge proponent of abstinence education.

Robert Zdar

Is the only one on this list who is a real person, so that’s a plus. On the downside, is easily the most terrifying monster on this list. Might want to run a campaign based exclusively on radio appearances. Was also in a movie with Bruce Campbell, who wouldn’t vote for that?

The Leprechaun

Just joking. He wasn’t born in the United States, and is thus not eligible to run for President.
