Am I the only one who gets a little bugged out when you see who voices your favorite cartoon characters? It's always kind of weird, but especially when the voice is a super cute girl. And especially, ESPECIALLY when that super cute girl is voicing a boy cartoon. Here's a look at 10 cartoon characters that you probably didn't know were voiced by cute girls.
Meg Griffin--Mila Kunis
I have to start with what is perhaps the most startling reveal. Uber-hottie Mila Kunis voicing the extremely unpopular Meg Griffin? If she had Mila's face and body instead of her voice, I'm pretty sure she'd even have Peter Griffin wrapped around her finger. It would be nice to see him saying he loved her for once, even if there was a creepy undercurrent of attraction there.
Trunks--Laura Bailey
Wait..so Vegeta's son is voiced by a girl? I guess that explains the lavender hair! Well that and his mother's dominant genes. Laura Bailey actually does a ton of voice-over work in anime and also voices Lagoona Blue from Monster High. So everything from badass anime characters to monster-themed Bratz dolls? She's like the Meryl Streep of voice acting!
Timmy Turner--Tara Strong
WHOA. Timmy Turner is HOT! If Timmy saw the face behind his voice, I'm pretty sure I know what one of his next wishes would be! Wait..would that be like having yourself for a girlfriend? Would he be voiceless? This is getting all 'Butterfly Effect' or something. And just to make things more freaky, she also voices Twilight Sparkle and Harley Quinn in the Batman Arkham Asylum Games. Talk about your Chaos Theory!
Eliza Thornberry--Lacey Chabert
Rhonda Wellington Lloyd--Olivia Hack
Okay so yes, fancy pants Rhonda is played by a cutie. Making things even stranger, that cutie also voices super badass Ty Lee from the Last Airbender. I mean can you think of two more opposite characters? The only thing they have in common is that they both came from wealthy families. I also find it strange that this cutie is the same person who played the very dorky Cindy Brady in The Brady Bunch movies. Good thing for her animation career that that lisp wasn't real!
Bobby Hill--Pamela Aldon
This has got to be one of the weirdest pairings on the list! Pamela is so pretty and Bobby Hill is so well...Bobby Hill. But he is a total sweetheart. And I think he'd be totally fine if people knew he was in touch with his feminine side. Cause he's cool like that!
Candace Flynn---Ashley Tisdale
Ashley Tisdale is the perfect choice to play a valley girl-accented older sister. And personally anything that keeps her from doing more High School Musical movies is aces in my book.
Dexter--Christine Cavanaugh
Okay, Dexter is voiced by a chick with tats? That's weird. Christine also voiced Chuckie Finster. But the tat thing kind of works with him for some reason.
Pinkie Pie/Fluttershy--Andrea Libman
Andrea voices Fluttershy AND Pinkie Pie!?!?! She's like a brony's dreamgirl. And I'm betting that dream would involve thoughts of very awkward threeway. Okay why did I put that image in my head? Friggin' BRONIES!!
Sally Brown--Fergie
Before she got a feeling, she only had feelings for Linus! It's kind of weird that Fergie was the voice of someone so wholesome. Sally is also extremely sensitive to the unfairnesses in life, which is why I'm going to refrain from making any Fergie pee-peeing her pants jokes. That and the fact that I just wasted 30 fruitless minutes trying to come up with one that I haven't already made in the past.
Which one are you most surprised by? Let me know @Desijedeikin or in the comments below!
