The Drowning, a free-to-play post-apocalyptic first-person shooter for iOS, has been unveiled by Ben Cousins, former Battlefield Executive Producer.
Developed by Scattered Entertainment, formerly Ngmoco, which is owned by DeNa, the game will be playable with just two fingers on the one hand. Cousins says this new control style is due to the fact that the virtual stick system doesn’t work on touch screen.
Eurogamer has the interview with Cousins which delves further into the controls and the story, which centers around the emergence of a new oil that leaks from the sea and changes those who come in contact with it into a monster.
