2013 Major League Gaming Winter Championship runs March 15-17

The 2013 Major League Gaming Pro Circuit will hand out $50,000 in prizes during its Winter Championship session which runs March 15-17.

League of Legends, Black Ops 2 on Xbox 360 and an unannounced title are all included in the Winter Championship circuit.

Those competing with Black Ops 2 will attempt to climb the North American Online Tournament and the Black Ops 2 Europe Team ladders through GameBattles. The European Tournament concludes on March 10, and the North American teams will start competing on February 12, concluding on March 8.

The Winter Championship will take place in Dallas, Texas, and 128 teams will compete in an Open Bracket. The top four will then head into the Championship Bracket and compete agains 12 teams which qualified via the Online Tournament.

The teams will be competing for $50,000, with the winners walking away with a $20,000 chunk.
