GDC 2013 organizers have announced new lectures for the conference which include talks on Halo 4: Forward Unto Dawn, Hitman: Absolution, Lichdom, and games development through the BBC.
343 Industries’s Kevin Grace, Frank O’Connor, Kiki Wolfkill, and Matt McCloskey will conduct a postmortem on Halo 4: Forward Unto Dawn.
IO Interactive’s Mika Vehkala and Moon Collider’s Matthew Jack with discuss AI in a talk titled “Spaces in the Sandbox: Tactical Awareness in Open World Games” using Hitman: Absolution, their work at Crytek, and the upcoming RPG, Lichdom, as examples.
Robert Nashak, BBC Worldwide’s executive vice president of Digital Entertainment & Games will host a session titled: “BBC, Cross-Media and Video Games.” Here, he will discuss the network’s development process when turning IPs such as Top Gear into interactive entertainment.
