Star Trek Online Season 8 will release during the first half of the year, possibly in May, according to the MMO’s executive producer Dan Stahl.
Until it drops, players will have another bit of content to look forward to this month thanks to events planned for the game’s three-year anniversary.
According to Stahl, Klingons will “get some love” in Season 8, alongside new missions and a new storyline. A new adventure zone and “another big feature, which is yet to be revealed,” are also in the works.
A mid-year event, possibly taking place in Risa, and Season 9 are also on the calender for post Season 8 content, with Stahl describing the upcoming seasons as “big releases.”
Thanks, Massively.
