10 Badass Rock Covers Of Video Game Music

Zach Ames

I love listening to video game music, but it feels a little nerdy to be rolling down the street bumping the Moon song from DuckTales. Luckily, there are now tons of great bands covering video game music in a pretty badass way. Now when someone asks me what I'm listening to, I can proudly say, "I'm listening to video game music, sir. Now will you please pull my head out of this toilet." Here are the most badass rock covers of video game music.

Thunderclash - Dark Lord Bowser (Super Mario Bros.)

The Black Mages - To Those Who Fight Further (FF VII)

The Mini Bosses - Mike Tyson's Punch-Out

Video Game Cover Band - Street Fighter 2

Armcannon Contra Diction

The Megas - You've Sparked A War (Megaman 3)

Powerglove - Tetris

Descendants of Erdick - Metroid

The Minibosses and Chromelodeon - Zelda Medley

The Advantage - Castlevania 2 Woods
