Dyad PC release date set, delay explained

By Brenna Hillier

We had expected Dyad to hit PC in March, but “I lied,” said developer Sean McGrath. See his charmingly honest release date announcement vlog through the break.

The shooter is now coming to GOG, Steam and the game’s website on April 24, delayed by McGrath’s discovery that having kids is actually pretty hard. But having dealt with the birth of an infant, McGrath is finally ready to bring Dyad to a new platform.

“It has everything the PlayStation 3 version has except a platinum trophy, because they don’t exist,” McGrath said. Despite this oversight, I am very excited because the previously PlayStation Network-exclusive Dyad has never escaped the clutches of the North American PS Store, making it impossible for me to put it in my Australia life and love it as I haphazardly predict it deserves.

Pre-orders are open now on Steam and GOG, where you’ll save 20%.

Thanks, PCGamesN.
