During E3, VG247 was given a demo of the facial annimations for EA Sports UFC game.
In the demo, you can see how the emotions of the fighters were captured using a 3D scan of the athletes faces and heads – in this case, Jon Jones and Benson Henderson.
The footage shown is still a work in progress and is likely to change, but listen to the game’s GM Dean Richards discuss it anyway.
The game is out next spring.
