Saints Row 4 has another Hail to the Chief video available for you to watch below the break. It’s all part of a week of presidential celebration for the game, which this time, has someone doing a booty dance in your face. Nice. Saints Row 4 launches August 20 across North and Latin America and August 23 in the rest of the world on PC, PS3 and Xbox 360, and you can now pre-order the Season Pass for the game, which comes will all sort of demented goodies.
