Lightning Returns: Final Fantasy 13 video goes behind-the-scenes with franchise creators

Lightning Returns: Final Fantasy 13 has a behind-the-scenes video available, and while these sorts of videos are commonplace, this one is kind of a big deal: it’s the first time in 25 years Square Enix and the Final Fantasy team have published a behind-the-scenes look at how the franchise is created.

Titled “Inside the Square,” the video takes an in-depth look at the RPG franchise and is the first of three planned video episodes.

Lightning Returns: Final Fantasy 13 is due on PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 in Japan in November and hits the west in February 2014.
