Riot Games has announced the latest League of Legends champion as Jinx. The ranged character packs a minigun and rocket launcher and abilities include gaining a “massive movement speed boost whenever a champion or tower that she’s recently attacked is killed or destroyed,” as well as the ability to throw out a line of snare grenades.
