WayForward Technologies took to Twitch recently to show off a Silent Hill DS game it had in the works before the game was cancelled.
The project was in development back in 2006 before the firm worked on Silent Hill: Book of Memories.
According to the Twitch stream, the original idea was to have both perspectives shown in the game with the ability to zoom in for combat and zoom out for puzzles.
Game director Adam Tierney said the idea “ended up not really working, as the tech was problematic.”
“Ut was also just not feasible to support all assets in two different perspectives,” he said.
