Best Buy will hold your new console pre-orders for up to 8 days

If you have ordered a PlayStation 4 or Xbox One from a Best Buy store, you will have five days from when those consoles release to get it before they cancel your order and sell it to somebody else. If you ordered from bestbuy.com and chose in-store pickup, you’ll have eight days. Source
