Call of Duty: Ghosts is reportedly not as silky smooth on PlayStation 4 as on platform rival Xbox One.
Word of frame rate performance issues affecting the PS4 version of Ghosts have cropped up in a number of places as the next-gen review embargo has ended.
Various sites have updated their reviews to mention specific next-gen information, and both Polygon and IGN make specific mention of frame rate issues with the PS4, but not the Xbox One.
Giantbomb reports that Infinity Ward is “working on a patch to correct the performance issues”.
Call of Duty: Ghosts will be available for both new consoles when they arrive this month; The Xbox One on November 22, and the PS4 on November 15 in North America and November 29 in Europe and other PAL territories.
