Windows 8.1 has been patched to fix mouse lag

Windows 8.1 has been patched to fix mouse lag reported after the update was released.

According to Neowin, Microsoft Support has launched a page with links to the update covering both 32 64-bit versions of Windows 8.1.

The site states the patch fixes mouse lag experienced in the list of specific PC titles below. Additionally, those who install the patch can edit their registry to include patch support for games experiencing the same issue, but are not posted on the official list. The post explains how to go about doing it.
