GDC 2014 organizers have announced Crytek will host a session in which senior rendering engineer Nicolas Schulz will explain how the team optimized Ryse for Xbox One.
Also announced was a session from Sunstone Games founder Simon Strange in which he will explain why Kickstarter is not only a tool for funding development, but also a platform for building a community.
Finally, Insomniac Games’ Mike Acton will lead a review roundtable which will debate the “quality of publicly available game code samples” submitted for review.
GDC 2014 takes place March 17-21 at the Moscone Convention Center in San Francisco.
Thanks, Gamasutra.
