Assassin’s Creed: Unity teased as far back as Brotherhood

By Stephany Nunneley

Assassin’s Creed: Unity was teased in 2010’s Assassin’s Creed Brotherhood, according to Ubisoft writer Jeffrey Yohalem. According to a tweet from Yohalem, the ending sequence of Brotherhood contained the Phrygian Cap, a symbol of the French Revolution. The symbols shown also hinted at Assassin’s Creed 3, as the Eye of Providence was also shown. Assassin’s Creed: Unity was announced last week after images of the title were leaked. Assassin’s Creed: Unity is slated for a holiday 2014 release on PC, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One. Thanks, Eurogamer.
