Aztez is a new, 2-D beat-em-up that’s currently in the works at Team Colorblind and will be released on PlayStation 4 and PS Vita this year.
The game has been in development for two years, and was announced by the two-man studio over on US PSBlog. It’s is a 2-D beat-em-up, and the developer is describing it as “brutal, bloody, expressive, difficult.”
In addition to the combat element, the game will also include a an empire management strategy mechanic that the developer believes will boost the replayability of the game. The game’s combat is inspired by games like Bayonetta and Devil May Cry.
The actioner will also come out on Xbox One, Wii U and PC, with Oculus Rift support.
