Shroud of the Avatar’s fourth release hits today, adds combat

Shroud of the Avatar’s latest major release adds combat, an update to the game’s website confirms.

The new version will be available to backers until 10:00PM Central on March 30.

Other features include the overworld map, ten scenes, quests, loot, limited crafting, player housing, parties and swimming.

Shroud of the Avatar: Forsaken Virtues is the spiritual successor to the Ultima series from Richard Garriott, its creator. It was crowdfunded, and is a shared worlds RPG.
