Habitat, the sandbox space-building game for Linux, Mac and PC from 4gency, will make its playable, public debut at PAX East 2014 this weekend. The Unity-based title takes place in zero gravity where players are tasked with salvaging items to build their base as they fight off enemies. The game is up on Kickstarter, and has 22 days to reach its $50,000 goal. So far, 460 backers have pledged $23,649, so it’s likely it will make the initial goal.
