Rune Factory 4 has shipped 200,000 copies in Japan, Marvelous has announced. The figure includes both digital and retail copies and has been available on the market since late 2012. According to figures punched out by Siliconera, the latest entry in the series shows substantial growth for the franchise: the first game sold 42,000 copies at launch. In February, XSEED promised the North American region it would do it’s best to restock the game, as Rune Factory 4 had been “selling well beyond our expectations” in the region.
